Completed in February 2023, the Cable Yard project in Liverpool showcases Everclad’s commitment to excellence in facade renovation. Working closely with M&Y, we removed all timber decking from the balconies, roof, and courtyard, and replaced the timber cladding with Wetherby Building Systems’ EWI render system.
The project also featured EnviroBuild aluminium decking and porcelain paving, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal. Our team expertly managed complex logistics, navigating tight schedules and working within a live environment to minimise disruption. This project reflects Everclad’s dedication to delivering innovative solutions with precision and care, enhancing both the functionality and visual appeal of the building.
