In July 2023, Everclad successfully completed the recladding of Hotel Indigo in Liverpool, delivering a modern and functional upgrade to the building’s exterior. This project involved the installation of VMZINC standing seam panels and flashings, which were fabricated on-site to ensure a perfect fit.
The recladding process included a comprehensive approach to the backing structure, incorporating several high-quality components. We completed the installation of the Siniat Weather Defence Board, Nvelope Rainscreen Systems Ltd brackets and rails, ROCKWOOL UK insulation and firebreaks, and Tata Group metal decking sheets—supplied by SIG plc.
The result is a sleek and durable façade that enhances the hotel’s appearance while providing superior weather resistance and fire safety. Our meticulous approach and coordination with Precision ensured that all elements were seamlessly integrated, meeting both aesthetic and performance requirements.
