Completed in August 2024, Everclad carried out critical fire remediation works at Lydia Ann Street in Liverpool City Centre. This involved the removal of composite cladding and the installation of Valcan® Vitradual, a non-combustible cladding system chosen for its durability and fire safety compliance.
The project utilised a comprehensive system, including Ash & Lacy SFS, Envirobuild MESA pedestal and joists, and Vitrafix VF1 bracket and rail supports, all designed to ensure a robust and efficient installation. To enhance fire safety, Siderise firebreaks were carefully incorporated alongside Rockwool (SFS) and K-Roc (Cladding) insulation.
